Its rate page is now effective Oct. 26, while the embedded product table remains dated Sept. 30; numeric penalty and rollover terms are still unknown. Quorum’s product page shows 5.00% at 48 months and 4.50% at 12 months, each at $100, without an established like-for-like movement. Sallie Mae’s $2,500-minimum table is now accurately dated Oct. 26, with 5.00% at 60 months, 4.60% at 36 months and 4.50% at 12–30 months; penalties and renewal terms remain unclear. Happen is 4.76% at 24 months, with a table accurate Oct. 23. Nuvision’s 5.00% seven-month offer is dated Oct. 1 and requires $1,000–$5,000 of new money.
