Congressional Federal’s prior 6.00% 12-month display could not be re-read; Quorum’s Oct. 19 rate page omitted numeric APYs, so neither prior rate is confirmed current. Sallie Mae’s 12-, 36- and 60-month APYs remain 4.50%, 4.60% and 5.00%, with the issuer dating them Oct. 27. Happen’s 24-month 4.76% rate is dated Oct. 27; its current disclosure specifies a 180-day simple-interest early-withdrawal penalty for terms over one year and a 10-day maturity grace period. T Bank’s 12-month rate fell 5 basis points, from 4.70% to 4.65%, across Oct. 22 and Oct. 27 rate sheets.
