As of 31 August 2026 UTC, the reviewed evidence supports a broad, non-additive data-center and accelerator pipeline across the Americas, EMEA, the Middle East, Africa, and APAC, plus several cross-regional platforms. The selected evidence covers 12 named site project records and 12 bounded accelerator records, but it does not support a defensible global total for IT load, facility power, grid interconnection capacity, generation PPA capacity, installed accelerators, or project price. The clearest source-qualified signals include Start Campus SINES at 1.2 GW of secured IT capacity source , Applied Digital Polaris Forge 1 at 100 MW of first-building critical IT load source , ODATA QR03 at 72 MW first-building IT and 200 MW energized electrical infrastructure source , Crusoe Lancium Abilene at a 1.2 GW campus interconnection signal campus , and Meta Hyperion at 5 GW of source-defined compute capacity source . These figures have different boundaries and must not be summed.
