As of 28 August 2026 UTC, the reviewed evidence supports a broad, non-additive data-center and accelerator pipeline across the Americas, EMEA, the Middle East, Africa, and APAC, plus several cross-regional platforms. It does not support a defensible global total for IT load, facility power, grid interconnection capacity, generation PPA capacity, installed accelerators, or project price. The clearest source-qualified signals include Start Campus SINES at 1.2 GW of secured IT capacity source , Pure DC SJK01 at 110 MW phase-one IT and 550 MW-plus possible full-campus IT source , Crusoe Lancium Abilene at a 1.2 GW campus interconnection signal campus , and Meta Hyperion at 5 GW of source-defined compute capacity source . These figures have different boundaries and must not be summed.
